This was to reinforce our commitment to quality, relevant education, and to teachers around the world facing challenging circumstances. In this webinar we briefly introduce the Growth Mindset which is an educational theory by the award-winning American psychologist Carol Dweck. Then, we explore how having a Growth Mindset links to becoming resilient and we look at 2 practical tools which teachers can use to help their students develop such a mindset. Finally, we look at how the School Enterprise Challenge by Teach A Man To Fish is a great platform for students to learn how to develop a Growth Mindset.

In this webinar, we look at different ways of looking at mistakes and how to better frame failure. A number of teachers share their own experiences of supporting their students to learn from their mistakes before we explore 2 practical tools which teachers can use directly in their classroom. Finally we look at how the School Enterprise Challenge by Teach A Man To Fish is a great platform for students to learn how to learn from their mistakes.

Teacher Webinar 3: Supporting Students to Become Problem Solvers

In this webinar, we look at how we can support students to become better problem solvers. First we discuss an inspirational video and then we play an interactive game to get ourselves into a problem-solving mindset. Teachers from all around the world share their own experiences taking part in the School Enterprise Challenge and explain how their students have become better problem solvers as a result. Finally, we look 2 very practical tools which teacher can use in their classroom: The 5 Whys and The Dilemma Protocol.
